Continue to Martina Franca, one of the architectural jewels of the Itria Valley, renowned for its elegant Baroque architecture, charming historic centre, and rich culinary traditions.
Spend the day exploring two of the most beautiful towns in central Puglia. Visit Locorotondo, renowned for its circular historic centre and white wines, before continuing to Ostuni, the celebrated “White City”, rising across three hills above olive groves and the Adriatic coast. Walk through its narrow alleys and, if possible, discover local craftsmanship linked to traditional olive wood.
Explore the heart of the Itria Valley beginning with Alberobello and its iconic trulli, extraordinary dry-stone dwellings recognised as UNESCO heritage.
